Coaching Women

After years of struggling to realize my identity, purpose, and calling through traditional ministry and life experiences – I stepped out, took a risk, and discovered a life I didn’t even know I dreamed about!

I spent years bouncing from ministry to ministry, often searching for a mentor and leader to help me chart a path to destiny in life. I desired to be raised up and equipped for my purpose in Christ.

But God… He had other plans.

He raised me up. As a woman who was a self-described “used-up woman with three kids,” I was on a trajectory straight to prison or premature death. The words self-sabotage, self-destruction, and self-focused would describe me to a tee.

Through Christ and His body, I discovered I was not used up. God had planted the resources and treasures for my prupose in me long before I was ever born, and as I grew I learned I had so much to offer.

As I discovered the unique ways God fashioned me to reach people for His Kingdom, I began to grow and engage with other women as both sisters in Christ and a spiritual leader.

From those early days just trying to figure it out He called me a Wildflower and has taught me what it means to live my life fully embracing Christ’s Identity in me. Because of Jesus, God calls me His Wildflower, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, leader, artist, writer, speaker, coach, and minister of His gospel and grace.

God took a chance invitation to help lead a Bible study for eight women at church in 2003 and turned it into an opportunity, a passion with a purpose that revealed both my identity and calling in Christ. Today, I thrive championing women as they embrace God’s call to leadership and live beyond the realm of small beginnings with His Spirit and Truth as their guide.

I’ve led women’s ministry, worked in vocational ministry, and served others individually and corporately in ministry and coaching settings – bringing hope, joy, and freedom to many along life’s way! Since setting out on this journey, I’ve partnered with women to birth and advance their ministry objectives, projects, personal growth and discipleship in Christ, and what it means to walk in the fullness of life that Jesus died to provide for us.

It’s time for God’s women to rise and take their placein His Kingdom. God has uniquely wired women to lead differently than men, typically stronger in intuition, emotional intelligence, nurture, and resiliency. We have a place in His Kingdom, a world to reach, and a life to live to the full – in the abundance of Jesus Christ – a life Blooming Alive!

I believe God has shown me a way for women to thrive as leaders – not based on a position or title – but based on who they were created, gifted, and redeemed to be in Christ. As I passionately pursuing connecting people to God’s heart through creative expression and women’s ministry opportunities, God gave me a deep desire to champion women and walk with them as they discover their life potential, what I like to call “Their Role & Reign” in God’s Kingdom, alongside men not usurping their role and authority, but rather by blooming where we are planted which I believe is the first step to living our wildest dreams!
