Prophetic Reflections
“But those who wait on the Lord

As Michelle has grown in her prophetic gift, she has learned a number of things about how natural created things reflect spiritual truths or reality. In a very difficult season, Michelle began to see Red Tail Hawks everywhere around her. One even flew parallel to her car along the roadside and window height for more than a quarter mile as she drove home one afternoon.
A friend who is prophetic shared with her that God says she is an eagle/hawk. Eagles and hawks are powerful creature who fly high and gather great big picture perspective, but have keen enough insight to swoop down and pluck a fish out of deep waters.
While perusing photos I took when my kids were young, I came across this picture of a Red Tail Hawk from a zoo or wildlife exhibit. The detail of the hawk is contrasted by the vibrant colors and reflections demonstrated in the background. This painting is a testimony of God’s redeeming work in my life – from victim to victor I seek His Kingdom and to live according to His righteousness upon the earth. It reminds me of Revelations 19 where it says that our testimonies of Jesus are the Spirit of Prophecy.
